The Flame Gasworks Museum is located in Carrickfergus, County Antrim in Northern Ireland.
The gasworks was opened in 1855 and supplied Carrickfergus with gas right up until 1965. It was closed completely in 1987.
The gasworks was restored and reopened in August 2002 as a visitor and educational attraction.
Today the museum attraction is still open to the public.
